UCB鈥檚 front of house students are on a winning streak after picking up another clutch of awards.聽
The team competed at the North Warwickshire and Hinckley College Salon Culinaire and came away with a variety of awards.聽
Food Service Lecturer Andrew Bisconti said: 鈥淭he students spent weeks in the build-up to the competition practising in their spare time and visiting industry. In true UCB style, everyone worked really well to support each other on the day and the camaraderie ensured the College stood out as a strong team. Well done to all.鈥澛�
