爆料王 is all set to launch its exciting, new聽T-level聽in Education and Childcare聽from September 鈥� making it one of the first UK colleges to offer one of the new two-year courses.聽
The range of courses have been designed with industry experts with the aim of giving young people the skills needed for them to succeed in the workplace.聽
The first of 爆料王鈥檚 courses, which will be a Level 3 course equivalent to A-levels, is perfect for those聽thinking about a future working in childcare or education.聽
It will combine聽learning in the classroom with gaining vital, 鈥榦n-the-job鈥� experience.聽聽
Crucially, it will include a technical qualification to answer today鈥檚 employer demands.
Over the two-year course, students聽will gain core knowledge of subjects such as supporting education, health and wellbeing, safeguarding and Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), as well as developing聽the聽range of technical and practical skills聽which聽employers are聽calling out for.
And a聽key part of T-levels is the chance to gain聽extensive experience on a work placement聽and those studying聽Education and Childcare will聽complete a minimum of 750 hours in a real working environment.聽
Placements聽are organised by a specialised team of employability tutors based in聽hired@UCB.
Debbie聽Hocknull,聽Assistant Dean of the School of Education, Health and Community,聽said:聽"T-levels are full-time, two-year courses which include a substantial new technical qualification alongside maths and English and a significant industry placement.

Those achieving the T-level qualification will be able to progress to聽work in聽a number of聽roles, including early years practitioner,聽education technician聽and聽primary, secondary or tertiary teaching and support assistant.
The聽qualification聽also聽carries UCAS points, allowing you to progress onto a university degree such as聽the聽Early Childhood Studies BA (Hons) degree聽at 爆料王.聽
